 Refunds are not guaranteed and no returns will be given if you have not contacted us within 10 days of your purchase.

While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as hemp & cannabinoids affect everyone differently.

If a product arrives damaged and unusable you must notify us the day of product arrival via phone or email at The email must contain your order number and a description of what happened. Be sure to take a picture and send it to with your order number on the subject line like: "DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #."

We retain the right to deny any refund for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
